WHAT’S ALL THIS ABOUT?

Just somewhere to show off my black & white photos of Greenwich, Blackheath and surrounding areas.

WHY SOUTH EAST LONDON?

Well I live here, for a start. And with the river, Greenwich Park, the O2/Dome, Thames Barrier, bits of industry (and remnants of former industry), there’s plenty to photograph.

JUST SOUTH EAST LONDON?

TECHNICAL STUFF

Almost all the photos were taken on a Nikon D80, with a mixture of Nikon and Sigma lenses. More detailed information can be found by clicking through to the Flickr page hosting the images, and clicking ‘more properties’. A handful were taken on an Apple iPhone 4.

Most of the black and white conversion was done in Photoshop Elements, with some done in Lightroom or with Silver Efex Pro.
